Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an extra day. 

All shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage where possible. 

$10 Flat Rate Offer: Place a qualifying order over $58* and receive a $10 Flat Rate on Expedited, Tracked Shipping in North America!
Note: If you continue to see an additional shipping charge on a qualifying order, please check the exclusions listed below.

- *Expedited shipping to Canada and the 48 contiguous states only (FPO/APO excluded).
- This offer cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
- Vinyl Pursuit Inc reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion or discontinue this offer at any time.
- Customers can choose an alternative expedited shipping method but it will not qualify for this flat rate shipping offer.

Please Note: Average expedited delivery time ranges from 3-5 business days in Canada and a bit longer in the US. Vinyl Pursuit cannot guarantee delivery within these specified time periods.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Vinyl Pursuit ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Vinyl Pursuit Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Vinyl Pursuit Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
