Their customer service was respectful of my concern, and went above and beyond in offering options on how to address this concern, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Can't ask for more than that...

Each record I've received from them has been clean and well cared for. I like the fact I can just sit back in the comfort of my home and browse their collection and what a pleasant surprise when they occasionally throw a free album into my order!
