Yes, you will receive an email when you have placed your order, and another one when it ships to you. The Order Confirmation email is immediate after you place your order. The Shipped Confirmation email will be sent once it ships, usually the next day. If you don't receive an email when you expect it please check your Spam folder.

All our shipping methods include tracking. You will receive a tracking number in the email you receive when it ships to you.

Everywhere. We works hard to bring our customers a wide variety of interesting and unusual records. Our inventory is sustained by other collectorsā€™ collections, auctions, buying online and always searching for that perfect box of records. As you know, the pursuit is real!

So glad you asked! Our records are carefully inspected. They are cleaned, ultrasonically restored using the Audio Desk Pro Systeme and finally, they are polished. Albums are then place in fresh protective sleeves. Even covers and labels are treated! Just see what our customers have to say!

Yes! We have a Vinyl Finder service. Fill out this form [or sent email] and when your album shows up, weā€™ll contact you for first dibs.

Yes! We literally have thousands of vintage records in inventory. So, i you donā€™t see what youā€™re looking for, just be in touch (see above) and we might just have what youā€™re looking for.

Vinyl Pursuit focuses on offering original and collectible records. Any new records are clearly marked, but the vast majority are as original as possible and in as good condition as we can get.

Vinyl Pursuit focuses on collectible, awesome records and so, the condition is very important. It would be exceedingly rare to find a record offered on Rock Shop that skips or has warps. (And if you could find one, these flaws would be clearly noted in the description AND the item would be priced to reflect its condition). Learn more about our record grading here.

Well, you could. BUT vintage records were created differently. Even the vinyl they are stamped on is different. A well-restored album will sound better and just make you so much more hip that its box-store counterpart. Plus, they are generally less expense. What a bargain! We love questions like this! Beyond the protective inner and outer sleeves we provide, records are encased in bubble wrap and then placed into specialized Super Shipper boxes that are designed to keep your albums safe, even on the edges.
