Vinyl Pursuit's Returns and Refund Policy

Shop with Confidence! Good communication is the first step to happy returns. Please contact us and let us know about your your purchase. Let's work it out. Please read the guidelines below.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and include all original pieces, inserts, sleeves, cover and of course, vinyl.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (where applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@vinylpursuit.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Items where the term "Price Based on Condition" (or similar) is featured in the description may not be returned. Sale items may be returned if warranted. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Depending on the circumstance, you may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on situation, most shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, all items are shipped with a tracking number so you know where your shipment is.

If you are returning/shipping an item over $75, we recommend the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
