Always great service, but on my latest order, I had ordered, paid and was notified that shipping was happening. Then they contacted me to say that they discovered one of my LPs ordered had a "slight warp". It didn't affect the play, but they asked me to choose a replacement LP of "about the same value". Then they included this new LP AND the one they considered warped as well...no charge. You really can't ask for more than that.

From the moment I ordered my vinyl and inner sleeves any questions I had were very quickly answered with the chat service.
The product came in a timely manner with Canada Post with tracking, that was dead on. The parcel was some of the best packaging I've
seen with vinyl, they obviously care about their customers. I would definitely order from them again.

I just wanted one more interesting think about the Eddie Cochran album, in the center of it, is a full 3 page bio of Eddie, impressive!!

I couldn't believe how many Great records were available.I ordered 9, they were more than reasonably priced, the packaging was awesome and they threw in a package of sleeves. I will definitely be buying from Vinyl Pursuit again.
